I miss our group meditations. I miss the energy and connection. Jill Lahnstein had a great idea, a way we can connect, focus and raise the vibration in our own self and throughout the planet. Listen to this – we can gather virtually, pray, meditate and chant a mantra as we create a beaded bracelet, infusing each bead with a powerful vibration and energy. We’ll use our song and our focus to release fear and anxiety and direct our consciousness toward joy!

We’ll meet on Sunday, November 1st at 11am via UberConference to set our intention. Jill will share her story and the ideas around this sacred activity. She will also talk about the bracelet and the symbolism of the beads. You’ll be able to purchase a bead kit or provide your own beads. Then on Sunday, November 8th at 11am we’ll meet again, virtually, to create our beaded bracelet together.
